Bernie has over 17 years of experience in global recruitment, having worked in the UK, Europe and, most notably, Asia. In 2001 Bernie relocated from London to Tokyo to establish a recruitment agency called James Harvard International. James Harvard International grew to become the largest and most respected IT/Finance recruitment company in Japan. As the first foreign company to launch a successful RPO business in Japan, James Harvard were the pioneers of a previously unfamiliar concept in the Japanese recruitment industry.
In February 2007, Bernie sold the James Harvard International Japanese business to global recruitment giants Hays PLC. Bernie successfully completed his earn-out in December 2009 as Managing Director of Hays Japan.
Throughout his years as a recruitment industry leader in Japan, Bernie recognised the need for a simple applicant tracking system. He knew, first-hand , that it was time for a system that was intuitive and tailored to the needs of users in Asia. Post earn-out, Bernie began working on his next project in earnest... and after a great deal of design, development and sweat...HiringBoss has arrived.
Rolf joined HiringBoss as Chief Operating Officer in late in 2012. A seasoned industry leader, Bezemer previously lead Lumesse SaaS Solutions’ business in SEA and ANZ as Managing Director. Whilst there he gained invaluable first-hand experience, not only in growing successful businesses in the region but also of the unique challenges currently facing Asian HR processes.
Prior to joining Lumesse (formerly StepStone Solutions), Bezemer was International Partner Manager at MrTed, a talent acquisition vendor, responsible for Central Eastern Europe, Southern Europe and the APAC operations.
As an HR-technology and SaaS industry veteran, Bezemer now leads HiringBoss's aggressive market expansion as our Global COO.

Andi leads product development across the entire suite of HiringBoss solutions- including HRBoss and also of StaffingBoss. As you can imagine, ramping up for the release of HRBoss and StaffingBoss in 2013 is keeping him very busy indeed! Luckily for him (and HiringBoss) Andi has a solid 12 years of software architecture, development and project management behind him. Even better, he has spent the past 4 years working exclusively in the arena of HRIS and talent management software solutions here in Asia.
Prior to his appointment at HiringBoss, Andi managed the Global APAC HR Technology unit at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Tokyo. This gave him invaluable experience in payroll, onboarding, applicant tracking, and talent and learning management. Prior to that, Andi was Chief Architect at a Japanese company where he developed the strategic planning & execution of their HR business model.
Originally from Indonesia but Japanese college education, Andi is fluent in 3 languages and has the experience and vision to help make HiringBoss Asia's #1 HR technology product.
Kyle Pham is a Vietnamese-Australian CPA with over 20 years of extensive corporate service management experience from three of the Big 4 professional accounting firms: KPMG, Ernst & Young and Deloitte, across the APAC region. In his previous employment, Pham was the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board of a joint eCommerce venture (a US listed Company and a large Vietnamese Corporation) employing 4,000+ employees. Whilst there, he was responsible for the management of corporate services including accounting and finance, human resources management, information technology, purchasing, logistics, administration and legal.
As Chief Financial Officer, Kyle will be instrumental in building a robust financial system in accordance with local governance, reporting and risk management across the APAC region. Kyle will be the main advisor to the HiringBoss management team on corporate financial services whilst also ensuring the best valuations from fundraising in enabling the company vision for continued growth throughout the Asia region. Pham will be primarily based at the HiringBoss offices located at President Place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Eloise leads marketing at HiringBoss and is passionate about spreading the HiringBoss HR Revolution across Asia. She brings 10 years of marketing experience and a background in HR/recruiting to the table...plus a dash of social media mojo and Asian-market savvy.
After graduating with a double first MA from Glasgow University in her native Britain, Eloise joined leading global recruiting firm Michael Page International. She relocated from the UK to Tokyo with Michael Page and has lived and worked in Asia ever since. Whilst working in the world of HR and recruiting, Eloise gained a first hand insight into the realities of recruitng and HR in Asia...and quickly recognised the opportunity for an applicant tracking system and HR software provider to step up and address the unique challenges of this dynamic region.
Eloise has worked with HiringBoss from day 1. She has been involved in the initial product design process, through to the launch of all HiringBoss products and the subsequent rolling out of new offices across the region. Dennis oversees customer implementations, training, support and best practice across the Asia region. He joins HiringBoss from a Sales Solutions executive role at SuccessFactors/SAP, where he held a regional remit of Asia-Pacific and Japan. Prior to this, he was with Lumesse (formerly Stepstone Solutions) for 6 years, based in Europe and China as Professional Services Director.

Hiroshi Oshima heads up operations in Japan as Country Manager. Oshima has more than 13 years of sales, marketing and general management experience working in the global IT industry. He joins HiringBoss from previous appointments as Senior Manager of CRM Sales at SAP and a range of other hands-on Country Manager positions at leading technology software ventures in Japan.
With an intimate knowledge of the HR IT Industry, Hiroshi-san will be driving HiringBoss’s growth and expansion across the Japanese market. This is a proactive hands-on role, managing a young, talented and passionate team based in Tokyo, taking our dominance in Japan to the next level. Hiroshi will be continuing our strong partnership relationships with great clients like Mitsubishi Fuso and developing new business prospects with Japan’s market leaders and affiliate channel partners.

He has worked closely with high profile companies across a wide range of verticals and disciplines.

Nina is Hmong by birth and is originally from the northern reaches of Vietnam. She kick started her career with an entrepreneurial venture in her local city of Hanoi. Success came quickly and acted as a springboard for her extensive travels and subsequent migration to Canada. Upon her return to Vietnam in 2009, Nina entered the world of executive search at the MRI Network, the largest global search firm in the world with operations in more than 35 countries.
Nina joined HiringBoss in 2012 as Country Manager for Vietnam, after being headhunted for successfully managing the Ho Chi Minh branch of the MRI Network. MRI gave Nina exposure at the forefront of Vietnam's talent and search industry, connected her with Vietnam’s executive elite and gave her a distinct advantage when building her client networks and phenomenally talented team here at HiringBoss.

Kevin Xia joins HiringBoss as the new Regional Director of North Asia. Kevin continues HiringBoss’s rapid expansion throughout Asia by leading the charge in building the HiringBoss network within China, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan over the next 18 months. Kevin’s immediate objective is to set up our business in Shanghai, China where he will act as Country Manager.
Kevin is a leading industry expert in the China SaaS and HR market with over 13 years working experience and has strong ties to the US market where he graduated with a Masters in Engineering from Stanford University. Kevin brings outstanding experience in the IT space having worked for software giant Oracle in both the US and China for over 6 years in a variety of positions ranging from engineering, product management and sales leadership. In his last role at Lumesse (formerly known as StepStone Solutions), Kevin spent 3 years building and leading their Chinese team, acquired & served many prestigious global & local customers/brand-names, and helped them to successfully adopt Talent Management & Talent Acquisition initiatives.
